4-Installment Payment Plan – Terms & Conditions

(E-Ride Pro)

To make purchasing easier, E-Ride Pro offers a convenient 4-installment payment plan for selected models. By choosing this option, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Structure

The total order amount will be divided into four (4) payments:

  • 1st Payment (Reservation Deposit): 25% due at checkout to reserve the bike

  • 2nd Payment: 25% due within 14 days

  • 3rd Payment: 25% due within 14 days

  • 4th Payment: Remaining 25% due within 21 days

2. Reservation of Bike

Your first payment acts as a reservation deposit, securing your E-Ride Pro bike from our available inventory.

Due to high demand, once the deposit is received the bike is reserved and removed from public stock during the installment payment period.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared for dispatch after the second installment and shipped once full payment has been completed, unless otherwise confirmed by E-Ride Pro.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit

The first installment (reservation deposit) is non-refundable, as the product is reserved and allocated specifically for the customer.

5. Missed or Late Payments

If an installment is not received within 3 days of the due date, E-Ride Pro reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Release the reserved bike back to inventory

  • Retain the deposit as a reservation and restocking fee

6. Order Cancellation

If the customer chooses to cancel the order after the first payment:

  • The reservation deposit will not be refunded

  • Any additional payments may be refunded minus administrative fees

7. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

By selecting the installment payment option, the customer confirms:

  • They are the authorized payment owner

  • They agree not to initiate chargebacks for completed payments related to this purchase

  • Any payment concerns must first be resolved directly with E-Ride Pro support

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and possible legal action where applicable.

8. Ownership of the Bike

Ownership of the product remains with E-Ride Pro until full payment has been completed.

9. Agreement

By placing an order using the 4-installment payment option, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
